Who else could it be? You cant seriously say the loser of the fight is still the best fighter of his division.

I might feel Cotto is the better fighter between Margo and him but Margo is the best in the division. (Tied with Williams)

 

He downplays Hatton victory over Collazo because he had a close fight with him(as if he was suppose to dominate), but praises Mosleys dominant victory over Collazo.

Shane hasen't looked like a prime Shane against elite fighters uhm IDK since.. quite a long time ago. He rarely ever throws combos and has come down to throwing 1 punch at a time. I'd pick Margo, Williams, Cotto, Clottey (and if Mayweather were active) all over Shane.

 

Why else would you point it out?
