You forgot to mention that the purse bid was won by Goosen ( Williams promoter) But the biggest purse of that fight was not Williams, it was Margarito. Also that fight was in california. ( Home state and home field advantege for Margarito)

Damn Margarito biased fans are somethingelse. Look after Williams beat Margarito, Williams called out Cotto who was available at that time. Also Williams did say he would love to give Margarito a rematch ( in the post press) But Margarito in the post press said ( I will not fight Williams cause his promoter will be there to co promote)<<<<<< People have a short memory.

 

Who won the rematch? The fact is this Margarito is still 0-1 vs Williams so if Margarito wants to be the man in the ww division then all he got to do is fight Williams again and beat him. Isn't that hard to understand?

The reality is, a lot of members at ESB do know Boxing inside out, but they feel they have an obligation to fighters like Floyd Mayweather Jr. He made himself out to be better than he was, and a lot of fans just chose to believe him.
