LMFAO..U CLOWNS KEEP SUGGESTING THAT FLOYD AND SHANE HAD AGREED TO AN 18 DAY CUT OFF DATE...

THERE WAS NO CUT OFF..IT JUST SO HAPPENED THAT USADA DIDNT TEST THE FIGHTERS FOR BLOOD AFTER 18 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT

so now that thats out the way and your false statements prove your argument even more weak what are you gonna come up with now?:think

    1. 14 Days cut off should be fine for Floyd.

    2. The ball is really in PBF's court as this is what he wanted initially. Pac has agreed so lets fight.

    3. PBF does not Equal the Commission. He cannot dictate ****. If the commission required the Olympic style testing then yes Pac would have been at fault. But until that happens it is what it is, just a game of negotiation.

I agree but why is 14 days good enough now but it wasn't then?

Exactly. What he wanted initially, things are different now. We have to wait and see.
Floyd is not the commission but he has a right like every other fighter to request additional testing.

true that there was no cut-off

but either way, 14 day cut-off with a post-fight drug test is more than reasonable. Especially if the cut-off is only for blood testing, not the other forms of testing.

Make the fight happen. If the USADA won't do it, then get someone who will.

Who cares SDS? You're grasping at straws here. If they didn't blood test Mayweather / Mosley after 18 days before the fight, there's no reason Floyd can't agree to a 14 day cut-off date.

UR WAY OFF..UR OUT FAR HOMIE...HE CANT DICTATE ANYTHING HUH????..ACTUALLY HE CAN AND HE IS REALLY...PAC ALREADY AGREED THEREFORE FLOYD ALREADY DICTATED TO MANNY..IF MANNY HAD IT HIS WAY HE WOULDNT TEST AT ALL SO THERE GOES THAT PART OF YOUR ARGUMENT

THAN U SAY THE BALL IS IN FLOYDS COURT.....OK.........LETS SAY HE SAYS "YES 14 DAYS"...WELL THAN USADA HAS TO COME BACK AND CHANGE THEIR POLICIES TO FIT THIS EVENT..

SO IN THE END ITS UP TO THE USADA NOT FLOYD MAN...USADA WONT CHANGE THEIR POLICIES FOR ONE EVENT...THEY SAID IT THEMSELVES....FLOYD AND MANNY CAN AGREE TO 3 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT AND USADA WONT BUDGE OFF OF THEIR POLICIES:deal:good

UR RIGHT THERE IS NO REASON...BUT IVE RECENTLY LEARNED (TODAY) THAT USADA HAS THE FINAL SAY..NOT THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE TESTS:good

SO THEREFORE EVEN IF FLOYD AGREES TO PAC'S AGREEING OF 14 DAYS IT STILL LEAVES THE USADA AND THEIR POLICY WHICH THEY WONT BEND GANDER:deal:thumbsup

They can use a different agency then. Shaefer / Floyd already said before that they don't care who conducts the blood testing as long as it's random.

Take it easy on the caps buddy, just makes it easier to read. Coming to your post well I don't see how PBF dictated to Manny. Yes Pac did agree to the 14 day cut off but by that token Money did agree for the 50-50 split (initially) after objecting to it. So can we say Pac dictated to Money on that issue ? Nopes. Its a process of negotiation, you give some you take some.

My point about Money dictating was that he can demand all what he wants but he does not occupy the higher moral ground in this argument. There is no inherent authority that backs up his demand like it would be in the case of the commission. Until the commission mandates it, it is what it is, just another demand by another fighter.

Irrespective of what you believe Pac's position is not weak relative to PBF. After all he is not the one short on cash and behind on taxes.

Why would anyone negotiate with Pac when he has REPEATEDLY shown that he is not a man of his word?

USADA or no fight. Point blank. I hope they can do something else, but I don't see it happen given the BS Pac pulled last time.
