I have been a member for awhile. Just wanted to say hi.

Also, I have been trying to get into shape. I'm 5'4", and weigh 150 lbs. My goal is to lose 30 lbs in 3 months. Is it healthy, and realistic?

Comments, and suggestions would be greatly appericated.

    Hello.

What is your body fat ratio at the moment?

What is the purpose of the weight loss?

I'm joining a tournament in 3 months, not a boxing one by the way, and I'm trying to gain of my agility and burst back. Someone told me weight-loss was one of the quickest ways.

Currently on a 1200 cal diet, and every 3 days I switch to a 1500 cal diet. I keep carbs, and fats to a minumim. My diet ratio is 60% protein/20% carbs/20% fat.

I do cardio 5 days for 45 mins at 80% of my max heart beat. I do high-intense running for the days I'm not doing cardio.

I don't really have an exercise routine, but i'm thinking about incorperating Relentless's newbie A/B program.

    Wish me luck.

    p.s.

I have a body fat ratio of 23%.
