Hey Zakman! What happened to Margo's chin?

Great post. He says that iron chinned fighters never get ko'd, yet lists Cobb in his list of iron chinned fighters

 

Too much Sugar! I mean.....No one can say Marg doesn't have a hell of a chin! 9 Rounds of FLUSH, HARD Hooks, Straights and everything else couldn't take him out any sooner. And Sug has POWER! Margs Chin is inclredible.

The only reason Margarito beat Cotto was the size advantage.

And because of that win Margarito was way overrated on here.

And if any fighter can be KOed then how was Jake LaMotta able to NEVER be KOed in all of his fights? Same for Chuvalo? Same for McCall?

Look at these fighters resume's and who they fought. All three fought much better fighters than Margarito did and were never knocked out. So yes they have Iron Chins and it is possible to never be KOed.

 

He was the only one of the 4. And he was way passed it also. Margarito is in his Prime and was schooled and brutally KOed by a 37 year old.

 

Isn't it normal that, if a guy retires before being koed then...he's never been koed? DOes that mean it is impossible to ko him?

Margarito does not have an Iron Chin, never had an Iron Chin and he was just schooled and brutally KOed by an old Shane Mosley.

I suppose if LaMotta fought until he was 60 someone would have KOed him. But he did not and he was never KOed.

What we know is that LaMotta, Chuvalo, and McCall have never been KOed and that is all we have to go on.

You did not show me that its not true that every fighter can be ko'd. All you showed was that there are some fighters who HAVE not been ko'd. You actually think that there are some people who are impossible to ko, thats just stupid. Everyone's human my friend

If Mccall gets knocked out in a fight tommorrow it would be safe to say its because he is way past his best.
