    A lot of Pacquiao fans were claiming the tests were unnecessary because the USADA and WADA-type testing does not catch HGH anyways, so therefore there was no need to do them.

    This a huge breakthrough for anti-doping. Clearly, random blood and urine tests are the way to go.
