    HGH was never intended to give you strength...I thought everyone knew this?

    Is also claimed it didn't effect endurance!

    Since sprinting involves the fast twitch muscles for short bursts, would this not help with someone who wants to improve the speed of punches? More testing will most likely be needed.

    Where are you going with this? Like I said, HGH was never intended for strength or endurance.

    hey...hey hey hey...stallone used HGH when he got into shape for Rocky Balboa..Don't tell ME it doesn't help boxers!!...

    Pretty much every reputable study I've read on the matter says that HGH actually does very little by way of 'enhancement' and mostly just causes negative effects.

    What was the point in posting this? It shows that under very very controlled circumstances that hgh gave a boost in speed. Speed won't help a boxer??? Get real.

    HGH can help with your chin/punch resistance due to the increased bone density it provides. Denser bones = Better chin. Might be why Holyfield has such a good chin if the Signature Pharmacy thing was true

    HGH isn't so black and white as to you take it and you perform better. You take it so your body develops like a young person. It allows you to train and build your body more efficiently.
