This content is protected Damn this angle makes it look even more brutal:scaredas::scaredas: :bbb:bbb
I Like the last punch Prescott throws which from this angle looks like it connects almost as if to say "Stay down Biiaatch!!":rofl:rofl:rofl
great two punch combo, if he hits as hard as his record states , maybe most fighter would have tasted the canvas.
From what you see of Prescott in all the clips, his style reminds me a bit of Gerald McLellan. Looked like a couple of solid punches there that would have troubled most. :bbb
Within 5 seconds of the opening bell it was clear Prescott meant business. It turned out to be such a mismatch that I'm thinking something doesn't smell right about this whole deal. This was the first of a 20 fight deal with Sky so it was virtually guaranteed Prescott would be a fall guy. Somebody's been had....?
I'm not a conspiracy theorist normally but you are right when you say something doesn't smell right, in fact it stinks to high heaven
In what context? Boxing is a precarious sport and there is always a risk when you put a fighter in against a puncher. Obviously this wasn't a Calzaghe v Kessler or Hatton v Tszyu type scenario and Khan was expected to prove he could take a dig against a guy with a good KO% (obviously Warren underestimated the guy's credentials) and win an exciting fight. As it happens the glass chin brigade called it right on Khan and he went down like a sack of **** the first time he got tagged by a banger who was comfortable at the weight. That said it was a sublime two punch combo that was beautifully timed and executed. Khan got KTFO'd simple as that.
Warren over estimated Khans credentials. Prescott has talent but whether he can do well against genuine top 30 fighters I do not know.
I dont think Warren did at all. That guys not stupid. The problem was Khan and his ego. But FW needed to keep him to keep the cash flow going and thus had to bow to his demands. I wonder if Rubio will get the sack..
Actually I think Prescott looks a beast of a puncher, maybe the biggest in the division (not the best offense but power wise) J Diaz - not much power Pac-Man - didnt look to have carried it up in his last fight Campbell - decent power not earth shattering Marquez - decent not staggering Casamayor - see above Guzman - see above I think when Casamayor, Marquez, Campbell are getting very old and a young gun could take them. And Juan Diaz is a style that suits Amir very well, he doesnt hit that hard for 1. Guzman and Pacman would be all wrong for him
No, Diaz is horrible for him too. He can't deal with pressure, at all. Diaz's shots would be more than enough to hurt him.
