58-56 Rose. Rose boxes well off the back foot initially and at one point lands three clean right hands in a row. But Jones continues to press and while he doesn't land anything really clean has Rose in retreat near the end of the round.

Tale of two halves for round 7, Rose wins the last 1.30 but was backed up for at least a minute by Jones. The fight is confusing poor old Jim Watt who says Brian Jones is boxing beautifully. Rose is edging ahead again..

 

58-57 would be your card after six.

I actually called the seventh round even. Jones controlled the first part and Rose came back near to take the second half. Not much between them.

Jones pulls a round back with workrate and hurts Rose at the end with a combination to the body that pushed Rose back, this is a close fight and Jones has proved he still has something left in the tank and is being clever by trying to slow Rose down with those sickening body shots. Still have Rose two up (if i remember)
