can someone give me an example of a basic, beginner, HIIT routine? i wanna start doing something like this, but dont know where to start really. thanks.
5 min jog for warm-up, sprint 30 secs, jog 1 min (active recovery), sprint 30 secs, jog 1 min, sprint 30 secs etc etc. You can do this for an overall time or certain amounts of intervals, it's up to you.
i have to go for 3 mile runs with my gym, most of the guys just jog but what me and a few others do is carry a timer and sprint every minute for about 30-40 seconds until we get back to the gym.
10 minutes of brisk walking. Stretch. Sprint as hard as you can for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, repeat 8x.
