    There are a ton of good winnable fights for Rios at 140;

    Morales
    Maidana
    Alvarado (pick'em fight imo)
    Matthysse (Lucas probably wins this one)
    Judah
    Garcia
    Marquez (don't see this one happening, although with JMM starting to show his age if the fight did happen I could see Rios stopping him)
    Khan
    Peterson

    Every one of those fights is winnable imo, and all would be amazingly entertaining.
