Hilarious no U.S. TV for the mighty Haye.

i think its already been established that this would not have suited haye (committed to the o2 event) or wlad (wanted more than 4 weeks to promote such a fight).

 

I quite agree.

The problem is that the Klitschko fanboys keep making this point and then producing as 'evidence' a British tabloid story that actually says that Adam Booth contacted the Klitschko camp to see if the fight would be available for Haye and was told that it was not - ie. the exact opposite of what they are claiming.

Whether we believe Haye was serious about stepping in is obviously up for discussion, what is clear is that no-one can produce the slightest shred of evidence that Haye had the opportunity to step in.

 

Why people keep bringing up the Thompson-Haye fight is beyond me.

 

Im English, im not a Haye fan, im rooting for Barrett to ko him, but im surprised its not being televised.
