Japanese teenager Hinata Maruta took a clear 6 round decision win over Jason Canoy! Canoy, who stopped Drian Francisco in a round,was out boxed, cut and a clear loser on the cards. Maruta has apparently said he will return in March and wants to face another world ranked fighter. On the same card Takayuki Hosokawa took a split decision over Dennis Laurente to claim the OPBF title at 154lbs.
So he just schooled the guy that KO'd Drian Francisco in one round. Yet Rigo couldn't KO him in 10.:rofl
