I'd say the best 6 are, in no order: Bute, Ward, Froch, Kessler, and two of Dirrell/ Abraham/ Andrade/ Bika - not sure which 2 though.

I.l guess you are right......but only now we knows.....because they have fought each others...............Ward and Dirrell are respected now, back then Pavlik, Wright, Williams and Dawson was so much worthy ......??

Seeing as Dirrell arguably beat Froch (or clearly beat Froch, depending on who you ask) and clearly beat Abraham, he certainly deserved a place in this tournament. I have no problem with the fighters chosen. It would have been interesting if Bute, Bika, Johnson and Hopkins were involved, but they weren't and that's fine. Johnson's late addition was a great idea. Certainly far better than Green. That was a joke.

If I had to do it? 7 round fights until the last fight which would be 12 rounds. **** belts, we're crowning the best.

1 month between fights until the last fight, then 3 or 4 months to train for 12 rounds.

Why do we have to stick to the standards of boxing, the idea is to get the ****ing thing over with in a time frame that people still give a **** about it.

Oh, and all fights on the same night, same venue.

You do 5 rounds of round robin, then the top two guys fight once more in a re-match. Make the money something like $250k to loser, $750 to winner.. then the final be $500k winer and $2 million winner.. you could make the final into a PPV, since if you did this **** right you'd build momentum toward something big.

Taylor never should've been in the tournament giving his recent KO's, and Green never should've been there. Obviously Bute should've been worked in after his HBO fight, maybe expand it to a super 8, with the Bute and Andrade fight counting as part of the tournament. Then throw in Bika instead of Taylor.

I am not going to nit pick. The obvious choice is Taylor out and Bute in but i am content with watching top 10 fighters fight it out. It is what we have all been crying for for a long time.

You serious? This tournament has been ALL big fights. Nonstop good fights. Look at the quality of the majority of the fights and it tells you everything you need to know.

It would be the same, except that the Green spot would have been filled by Bute

Bute is the best 168 lb. fighter in the world today. He should have been allowed to have fought in the tournament. Die Ward refuse to fight if Bute was allowed in? Ward refused to fight unless he got all his judges and ref and always in his home town! Why was that?

replace Taylor with Bute and not have anyone drop out and it would be perfect.
