That's because Bermudez "gives up his highhtthh" (/George Foreman)

Kyōguchi was pretty active himself and was a LOT more accurate than Bermúdez. :sisi1 Very clear opener, scoring wise.

    Round 2
Kyoguchi lands a bunch of shots, bermudez comes back mid round with some jabs, then Kyoguchi stuns Bermudez one or two timed with an uppercut. Bermudez is bleeding. Wild punches missing from Bermudez
    10-9 Kyoguchi
    20-18 Kyoguchi

    Round 1 Kyoguchi 10-9
    Round 2 Kyoguchi 10-9

Hiroto landed a barrage of uppercuts, to win round easily, however Bermudez had some success in the middle of the round, and seemed to rock him late.

Kyoguchi turns through his hips really well, too. Great start for him.

    Round 2

Kyōguchi stands firm as Bermúdez comes on with a will, flooding him with lumpy jabs without interruption, and hooking the body after walking in. Kyōguchi snaps Bermúdez's head back with short left upper-hooks and straight right counters. Kyōguchi ducking and giving up ground but absolutely hammering Bermúdez with accurate counter power shots from different angles, while Bermúdez just throws wide roundhouse barndoor thumpers, most of which get absorbed on Kyōguchi's elbows anyway.

    10-9 Kyōguchi

    20-18 Kyōguchi

This volume is giving Kyoguchi some problems, He's still landing the sharper cleaner punches, but that volume could pile up.

Bermúdez ain't no Axel Aragón Vega. :nono:

Not all WBA light flyweight title challengers who come in with records of fourteen victories, three losses, and some non-zero amount of draws are built equal. :deal:

Bermudezs face is a magnet for uppercuts. Blood coming from the nose of Bermudez. Blood coming from the head of Bermudez. Kyoguchi a level above intelligently defending while carving up Bermudez like a butcher on crystal meth.
    10-9 Kyoguchi
    30-27 Kyoguchi

All Kyoguchi, but Bermudez still landing shots here and there.

    Round 3

Kyōguchi putting on a clinic of ducking and countering with precision and leverage. Bermúdez getting rocked, and his face getting torn asunder while he plods & prods with jabs at different altitudes, riding an elevator from Kyōguchi's throat down to his crotch, but not landing stiffly anywhere. Kyōguchi just finding a path for whatever he wants to land with his knees constantly bent and feet shuffling just enough to get in range to score powerfully.

    10-9 Kyōguchi

    30-27 Kyōguchi
