Anywhichway, you forget to mention that they also were excellent traders, and were well respected throughout. It's a common mistake to mention their conquests alone. I don't know if you left that part out, because you only wanted to detail my Vikings will conquor again. It was the exiled dane Eric the Red that found Greenland, but probably died before the trips went further westward. The exiled danish King Sven Forkbeard(exiled because he slew his father Harald Bluetooth, and was against the Christianity that his father had accepted, and wanted the old ways), he got exiled to England where he began to conquor once again. Alot of Vikings settled in Normandy later on, and made their mark with their excellent craftmanship. They also did a mixture of cow**** growing mushrooms to enter battlecraze. And dying from old age was a disgrace, while dying in battle was most honorful, because only those made it to Valhal. Which also added to their strength in battle.

PS I didn't know the Madrid part though, nor the skin. English cities ending with -by are danish - ie Grimsby. Tallin is much later in date, and has nothing to do with vikings. But otherwise it is true; as far as I can remember its Dannernes by. This conquest was from 1219 where the danes got their flag, Dannebro. The first national flag in history.
