I love Hatton, but draining down into a division full of hard hitting counter-punchers isn't a good idea for anyone with that style.
He looked in supreme shape. I think he'd be drained at 135. Honestly, I tihnk he kind of looked skinny at weigh ins. He looked better at 147, PHYSICALLY.
With the proper restrictions, I could see him having had success at 135. Guys were closer to his height there. And this is WITH the hypothetical nutritionist at the time.
Those saying he would be "drained at 135" are missing the 'hypothetical' part. Had he a nutritionist back early on, we aren't looking at the Hatton who ballooned to 180. That's how hypotheticals work.
