Neither it was a sparring match. Neither one landed a meaningful punch all night.

 

Mayweather took a nasty head butt to the eyes, about one hundred rabbit punches and a few low blows.

Maidana was visibly hurt by at least two legal body punches.

 

Mayweather got a good amount of body shots from Maidana in that fight.

 

Floyd Mayweather jr, he looked like a Beaten man in the post fight conference.
Maidana looked unmarked and still looking strong.

at most...still half as many elbows, knees, rabbit punches, and back of the head punches as maidana

 

What did you expect? Maidana to outbox Mayweather and fight clean?
Maidana is a brawler who pressures his opponents, I don't think mayweather wants any of that again.

He may not want a rematch after the shots he took.

 

Floyd took more punishment and he is not getting any younger . A rematch can be pretty interesting.
