Very interesting to see. All of them are hall of famers and remembered as great fighters, some as all time legends. It's wild to think about how these guys continually fought the best and weren't afraid to put their record on the line. Whereas now, 1 loss can be devestating and any sort of threat to losing the 0 can prevent guys from stepping up and fighting the very best.

..interesting indeed. it will be more informative to those who wish to check to see the total numnber of fights these men had, and for what period of time. also, how many losses were at the end years of their careers.

One Zivic admirer defended his loss numbers by saying zivic fought so many top fighters and also..."had to do business with the mob"..which i don't see as a recommendation for HOF honors, and the number of quality fighters....ezzard charles, sugar ray robinson and archie moore rate very high here . Zivic was a outrageously dirty fighter, may well have thrown fights (the corrallary could be did he "win" some because of the same mob inflluence?) and no matter how many wins he has I don't think he should be given this hall of fame honor.

Jake LaMotta did business with the Mob.Archie Moore allegedly did bussiness with the Mob,Liston was owned by Frankie Carbo. That is the way it was years ago,and they are in the Hall.Still is done that way, or has'nt anyone heard of Don King.
