So in july ill be going on holiday for 2 months...While im there should i just do some jogging 5 days a week or what. Because as it is an asian country at that time temperatures will be reaching 40 degrees plus. I dont really want to go but i gotta now. This will set back my plans of going amateur soon but i cant do much about it. So what training should i do while im abroad then.

    Take advantage...

    Abit of warm weather training..

You have got the right idea doing roadwork out there, get down and crack the concert in the middle of the street.

    Do some circuits aswell...

There is no reason, i will repeat...

No reason why this should affect your conditioning.

None..i don't even want to ****ing hear it.

In 2 Months time..you can return to England a even more potent machine.

"Boxing skills etc...are going to be affected..unless you find a gym over there"

"But your physical condition....No way..you can improve it"

bring a speed rope with you and fight somewhere sheltered and try and skip 5 days a week for about 20 mins split into rounds then do like 100 sit ups and pressups.

set away an hour each morning or afternoon and you'll be grand.don't go jogging in that kind of heat.and even if you skip etc. drink about 2-4 litres of water a day.

    Do high intensity bodyweight stuff.
You can stay in shape, fairly simply.

Yeah, you seem motivated. You can use the change in scene to give yourself a refreshed approach and get a lot of training time in.

Give yourself a target to be by the end of the holiday, with smaller goals in between to make sure you don't get sidetracked.

I have to do the same - going to East Asia for 8 weeks in the summer

You can shadowbox, run, swim, surf, etc. Plenty of things to do I guess.
