perhaps it is just water weight that you have put on depending on scales you are using your weight will fluctuate, weigh yourself a couple of times during the day to make sure you definitely have put this weight on, boxers do it all the time i think gatti put on nearly 2 stone in a day, so it can happen, mayb it was bcoz u drained your body so much.

The only way to get an accurate number, you have to weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Your weight can fluctuate by 5-10 pounds in a day depending on your activity and how much you've ate and drank.

Amy is dead on. Your weight can change alot throughout the day. To get an accurate reading (or at least a consitant one) you need to weigh yourself at exactly the same time taking into consideration what youve eaten and drank ect and what time of day it is. I just check every now and then that im around the right sort of weight as i dont box competition. Somtimes the scales say 11 1/2 stone sometimes they say 11 stone.

True but you have to add the metabolism, some people have slow metabolism and have to tougher time getting rid of water weight....plain and simple....your metabolism must be slow and all you have is water weight which you will lose substantially if you run on the sweat suit again

Aright fair enough im no expert , just know that my weight changes alot throughout the day , but i know im in shape and the fact that (at the moment ) im not fighting means its not sumthing i have to worry about accurate readings.

Easy. You worked out....lost some water, sat in the sauna....lost some more water....weighed yourself....then drank water, ate and weighed yourself again, of course your weight is going to go up and down dramatically.
Again, only weigh yourself first thing in the morning-otherwise you are wasting your time.
