Liston murdered Patterson who murdered Archie Moore. Nice try.

 

The point was about smaller men and power, not chins,Patterson was murdered by Ingo in there 1st fight and dropped in the others, he was also dropped by Radamaker in Petes 1st fight and Roy Harris dropped him among others, Floyd had fast hands and power but could not get started vs Sonny and had the same problem with Ingo in there 1st fight and almost the 2nd. I think Floyd was intimindated by Sonny, Liston's best fights were vs Patterson and Cleveland Williams but both men were ko'd before and after Liston. Eddie Machen was also KO'd in 1 by Ingomar but went 10 with Sonny. I am not saying who is better or worse just its a matter of styles and one strength, like a solid chin can negate another like Quarry's chin vs Foster,Lyle,Shavers,etc. Power. Moore handled Big guys like Baker KO8, beat Valdez 2 times, but Floyd had the pinpoint power and speed like Walcott and was able to get past the 1st 5 rounds to use it vs Moore, but not Liston or Ingo in there 1st fight and almost not in there 2nd

 

I know, and Liston knocked Whitehurst through the ropes around the 7th round in their second fight, and Whitehurst was saved by the bell. In their first match, Liston's record was 16-1, whereas Moore fought Whitehurst with some 200+ fights under his belt.
