Holmes or Foreman?

I don't think Foreman would knock Holmes out. Holmes had a good chin as evidenced in many of his fights vs. brawlers. I think that Foreman might have landed a few solid shots on Holmes, and possibly knock him down, but Holmes would get up and outpoint Foreman, much in the same way Holmes outpointed Shavers after getting knocked down by him.
