1980 Holmes vs 1971 Joe Frazier in Madison Square Garden.

Say Holmes wins this Fight of the Century, is he now
    the Greatest of All Times?

No, I wouldn't say the greatest, but he would move up to number 3 for me. So he would move up one spot. Now say he beats Foreman in 1973, then he's number 2. And if he beats Ali in 72, then he is the GOAT.

    Very good analysis.

It's very well known Don King kept Holmes "underwraps" while King Ali was allowed to occupy the stage for just a little bit longer.

You won't find Larry Holmes paired with Zig Ziggler ( & Roger Staubach) touring around the U.S. giving motivational speeches and trying to sell
Ziggler's book "How to win friends and influence people".
