I dont know about fooled, but we will find out how Pac does against a real welterweight if he gets by Cotto no one can say anything to discredit him other than the one pound issue witch should not even be one. .

Cmon Holt you sound real bitter right now. What has he done. He won a title by headbutt in a fight he was getting ktfo. Then drops Bradley twice and loses every other round. Sounds like jealousy cause he knows his days are numbered and he's reached his peak.

I am in 100% agreement. Pacquiao's wins over Hoya and Hatton were both great wins and great performances, but people are really overrating his abilities at these weights. Unlike Hatton, Cotto won't be getting sparked out, and unlike Hoya he will be able to keep up with and catch Manny. Cotto is one of the best welterweights in the world, and he's still in his physical prime. Pacquiao has barely taken a punch since his last fight with Marquez at 130, and Cotto is one of the best punchers in the world today in a division 17 pounds higher.

 

That's his opinion.Being a boxer doesn't make it better than anyone elses unless he fought them both or has inside info.

Many boxers aren't even fans let alone hardcore fans.

Why would anyone comment on his statement it's obvious jealousy seeing a little man doing what he can't. And if he beats Cotto, there's the excuse Cotto has been done since the Marg fight. Then what?

True fans know the difference and can judge a fighter whether they like him or not. You have to be a boxing fan not fanboy.

 

I'm pretty sure you're stupid. Agree with him or not, he brings up good points. De La Hoya was nowhere near his best and Hatton was made for Manny stylistically. I've said pretty much the same things in the past, and I have nothing to be jealous of. Pac is actually one of my favorite fighters, his trilogy with Morales is why I got into boxing, but honestly, just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they're "jealous" or a "hater" or any of that BS, especially not when they back their argument up with logic.

 

I agree with Holt and actually would like to see him back in the ring.

 

cotto does get hit a lot and the speed pac has he should connect solid but damn i was watching the cotto mosley fight the other night and damn cotto got hit clean several times and didnt go down maybe was wobbled once or twice but recovered well, and we saw what kind of power shane really has in the margarito fight. Not to mention shane is a better boxer than pac, bigger, stronger and probably just as fast if not faster. I just keep going back to that mosley fight and cannot see pac doing to cotto what shane couldnt

 

but we shall find out im getting pretty pumped up for this fight hopefully it goes passed 2 rounds at the very least :roll:
