If anything you could say that they are meeting halfway, since Feliciano has been campaigning at light middleweight for a while, and hasn't made 147 in almost three years.
Holt's last fight was at 140... So technically he's moving up... Feliciano fought D-Hop not too long ago.. So isn't too far from welter.. In any event, this fight should be intriguing..
