Because Torres' foul didn't seriously effect Holt. Had Holt been left in a vulnerable state after that blow, I'm certain it would be mentioned as much as the headbutt.

Actually, I would not call the headbutt a foul. You had two guys mixing it up in close quarters, with both coming forward. It was accidental, and the potential was there for both guys to get hurt. Torres just got the worst of it.

On the other hand, what Torres did after the second KD was in no way an accident. I can see how it happened, though. He was probably just hyped up and anxious to try to finish Holt.

I like both guys, but I'm probably a fan of Holt's more than a fan of Torres. I'm hopeful that the third fight comes off and we get a clear winner without the controversy.

i agree torres takes the third fight but only if he uses his brain a bit.

he got caught fair and square and lost that third fight because he lost respect for his opponent and assumed he was a beaten man.

Cant wait for this, a potential classic im expecting torres to win in the latter rounds due to his constant pressure, i think holt will have to look for an early knock out.

I'm surprised so many are picking Torres to win the third fight. He may have been getting the best of the action prior to the headbutt in the rematch. But he was on the wrong end of a brtual knockout, regardless of how it materialized. Not to mention Torres never had the best whiskers to begin with. I think he'd be best served taking a tune up, and clearing the cobwebs before taking on Holt again. Though, apparently that won't be the case. I say Holt knocks Torres out again..this time legitimately.

Holt was seconds away of winning a clear decision over Torres in their first fight before that bull**** went down in the last round?

Point being? They both got KTFO and now we need one more to settle the score.
