Your right, it is going to be a lot better then fans think. We have been seeing some very good fights so far in 09", keep it coming.
Bradley will certainly beat him. Bradley is a good all-round boxer, and the difference is he is very physically strong too. He strikes me as far tougher, mentally and physically than Kendall Holt who always looks vulnerable and like he can be stopped at any point. I was also far from impressed with his last two fights where he was nearly stopped by Torres before getting real lucky, and then against Hopkins he looked laboured.
Aren't you a little worried with Bradley's lack of big fight experience? :think I mean except Witter and Cherry(if you even consider that) he doesn't have it,not to say Holt has a lot more but he does.
That's what I'm saying. I mean, many are saying 50/50 which is okay, but I feel that Holt is going to pull something fast. We could all be wrong and it ends up a boring fight. Just joking, I don't want to jinx the action.
Do what fast? Where is this evidence of superb power from Holt? He butted a guy in the head last time out, apart from that there is nothing to get excited about with his power. He's just an average boxer to me with okay power. Bradley has more things stacked in his favour IMO.
I'm as confident as TFFP in saying Bradley will win. I think he's good enough to be able to outbox Holt, despite Kendall's speed, and I think even if he trades with Holt he'll beat him, he had Witter on the canvas so he can obviously bang a bit, and Holt's chin is pretty lacklustre.
I don't know, just a gut feeling. I don't normally say or write things up just to say or write. No one knew who Bradley was until he fought Witter. I don't even think he was a top 15 when he fought Witter. He then fights Cherry who is not a 140 fighter, he is a 135 fighter. I think the are both average for now. Marquez should take on the winner to gain two belts and bring moreto the table if he fights Pac later on.
And...now we do know who he is. Everybody needs a fight that gets them some spotlight. I don't think thats a great case to hold against him. Witter was in great form coming into that fight regardless of what people try to claim after the event, he was away from home, big underdog, awkward opponent that requires some working out and he came through it all. To me it showed great mental aptitude and no lack of ability. Now people seem to just blow over this win for Bradley like its nothing.
I can't believe so many boxing fans are dismissing Holt like he's a nobody... And Bradley is so great huh??? Because he beat " Junior Witter " and a lightweight Cherry?? ROFL
Witter is still a very good 140lber though. The reason he's dropped is because Bradley wasn't ranked when he beat him, which was unfortunate for Witter because Bradley is a top fighter now.
Yes,Bradley is the only american who can't be labeled at all as a hypejob since he came from nowhere to beat a top 3 JWW to capture the title. Holt headbutted a guy out.
