I said nothing of the sort. He came out of nowhere and beat the champion and much props to him. We just don't know too much about him to presume he is the next great champ. Wins the title and then beats up a blown up LW. We need to see more and we will once this fight takes place. Yes, he is not a hype job due to coming out of lower rankings and beating Witter who could not stop talking. The same for Holt. We know him due to his two fights with Torres. We can't blame him about the ref not seeing the headbutt. It did not look intentional, unless he created a new form of headbutting. Like Psycho posted twice, 50/50 out the gate.
Holt's resume kills Bradley's: David Diaz Isaac Hlatshwayo Arnaoutis Torres x 2 Hopkins Bradley has ONE good win on his resume. ONE. Look at the guys Holt has fought and beat. Diaz' only other loss has been to Manny Pac. Hlatshwayo moved up in weight and hasn't lost since he lost to Holt. And, Hlatshwayo has wins over Nate Campbell, N'Dou, and Baloyi. There's no comparison. Holt is the superior fighter, and that will be evident when they get in the ring together. The only thing that hurts Holt is his sometimes lackadaisical attitude in the ring but I reckon he'll be all business come fight night for this bout. Bradley is out-sized, and out-gunned.
people say Bradley is inexperienced but i'm trying to figure out who Holt has beat that is better than Junior Witter? Bradley UD
good fight, i think bradley wears him down late. he wont be effective early because holt is quicker and straighter, but once he tires, bradley will catch him with something he's too worn to block. 10th or 11th.
Bradley via late TKO. He will outbox Holt and break him down over the course of the fight and end it with a big shot when Holt backs away with his hands down like he always does.
Just wanted to make it clear that I've already changed my pick on this . . . I'm picking Holt by UD. This is a toss up fight . . . but having the height and reach advantage and Holt knowing how Bradley fights . . . I believe he'll use his physical advantage to win. If he doesn't then he and his team is . . . dumb. :deal
Does anyone else think Timothy Bradley looks extremely big to be fighting at 140 lbs? I wonder how much it drains him to make weight. This content is protected
