The thing about Ward is that he wants it both ways. He wants the payday from the cash cow of the division AND he wants to dictate the negotiations like where the fight is going to take place. Chavez Jr isn't going to fight Ward anytime in the near future and probably doesn't want to. I doubt Arum would set that fight up either and make his fighter look bad.

    Did he go abroad? Yes

    Did he crumble? No.

Froch tried to take his head off in Atlantic City, and it didnt quite work did it?

    My point is proven

No it isn't proven. it will be proven if

    A) Ward grows a pair of balls and agrees to fight in the UK
    B) He holds his nerve and doesn't let the occasion get the better of him. He's got no experience of fighting in this kind of atmosphere.

First Froch needs to grow a pair of balls and actually get his promoter to rings Wards.

This hasnt happened yet...I wonder why?

There are people arguing for Ward( I'm actually forgetting what the argument is!) who I respect and hope the know who they are but there are a small number of posterswho constantly come up with the same **** and contradict themselves with ridiculous double standards.

First off, I'm gonna name my favourite active fighters with only the first two or three in order.
    JMM
    Froch
    Floyd
    Hopkins
    Burns
    Ward
    Matthyse

Now,I have no problem with Floyd's mantra being "I'm in the check cashing business, not the legacy business" and so clearly do most Floyd fans, and that's because although Floyd should care more about legacy,I know it's highly likely he beats anyone who people feel he should've fought.
But these more idiotic Floyd fans contradict themselves with Ward.Ward doesn't need to worry about check cashing because he beats everyone.

Now I'm a Froch fan and I don't see how he beats Ward, even in the UK,but we accept that, and you get people on here shouting he was plodding and **** tonight sounding like little kids who have found out the girl in class they fancy likes someone else and start saying,"I hated the ugly cow"

We know Ward is #1,but the truth is, even his own countrymen have no time for him.Hardcore boxing connoisseurs and stupid little ghetto gangstas make up his entire fan base, and it's crystal clear that Andre is starting to feel it.

It's the American public who are letting him down.Over here we know he's the main guy, but we have a guy who outs buns on seats, and despite his limitations, provides entertainment and excitement of the highest quality.

    And that's that.

Its been 18 months since he last fought Ward.

Wheres the urgency for the rematch.

18 months and not one call about a rematch?

Froch needs to grow a pair of balls?

You could write a cure for cancer after that statement and still not be taken seriously.

Amir Khan has a massive heart but Froch has no balls?
Is that what you're really saying?

I want to see Ward-Froch II, in the U.K. Ward will beat Froch no matter the country, but fair is fair. Froch goes to your backyard or his own and fights his ass off either way. Man up, Ward!

    im talking about Ward specifically.

Khan wanted to rematch Peterson immeditaley

He also wanted an immediate rematch with Garcia.

Froch however has been pretty relaxed about ever getting into the ring again with Ward.

Ward was in the building tonight. Perfect opportunity to call him out. Instead he mumbled about maybe fighting him in England.

    Not very convincing.

By that logic, Floyd should have rematched Hatton in Manchester.

  13. Typical of you to exaggerate lol. Lets not forget Froch earns more than Ward and going to the US at 36 is not going to do much at all for him financialy. So Ward needs to think outside the box ( if that is at all possible ) because he has few options compared to Froch.

You know he wanted to get Kessler out of the way first. He's always spoken about that, cos it hurt him more than losing to Ward. It's not like Ward has shown much desire to fight anyone really since he won the Super Six. He could have gone after Bute and taken him out like Froch did. People were considering Bute as the top guy outside of the super six. Who does Ward go and fight? Dawson at 168. Dawson looked drained and **** at that weight. Proof right there the fact that he was stopped. Since when does Ward stop anyone?? Aside from head butting Kessler to a stoppage, the last time Ward stopped someone, he went by the name of Shelby ****ing Pudwill! So Ward had the hunger to fight a weight drained Dawson and thats it? How about some of the tough German guys who are operating around the super middle weight class?

Keep talking about the best? well then take the challenges then! If it means you gotta go travel, then so be it.

That's because Froch is smart and knows he would get his ass beat. He doesn't need that fight, he's making good money and is adored by his fans.
