Fury outclassed a dedicated, 10 years long reigning boxer like Wladimir and didn't even use his full potential. He just beat the champ, Wlad had no chance!! And that says much about Fury because Wlad is awesome. Imagine Tyson Fury, with the dedication and love for the sport as Wladimir, additional to that trained by superb trainers like Abel or JDJ. No one in history of this sport would beat him or come even close to a win. It's unbelievble what kind of potential he has inside. Go on champ, you can write history and become the GOAT. :good What a time for a boxing fan to live in. Tyson Fury vs. AJ would be the greatest fight of this century. We will see it after Fury dealed with Wladimir, Wilder and probably Ortiz. Big fan of Wlad, AJ and Ortiz but they stand no chance.
Fury seems to being doing well without them... besides Able is a douche already imagine him & Fury. HolyF
Fury lack of punching power will always be a problem. To beat certain fighters you must have respected punching power Sent from my SM-G925W8 using Tapatalk
I don't know about Abel Sanchez but I would love to have seen how Wilder would turn out under the tutelage of Manny Steward. I can easily imagine him having a Wlad like career of being KO'd and having a major style change and going on to be nearly as dominate afterwards. I wonder if we'll have another trainer as great as or nearly as great as Manny step up to the plate. JDJ might be the current best trainer right now tbh.
I think Peter Fury needs HUGE props for his, and the whole teams planning, training, tactics and mostly standing strong over certain pre fight issues. I dont think any other trainer in the world would do what they did, they would of just moaned about the gloves and the ring and allowed it to happen. Like it has done time and time again when facing Vlad in Germany. Everything they did with regards to that fight in Germany was perfection.
In my opinion Peter did te most with Fury that was humanly possible. Both Abel and JDJ would have probably been te downfall for him by getting him KTFO earlier in his career.
