The CSAC found Tony guilty & suspended him BEFORE the pad was ever tested. 2 months after the lab report said " TRACE ELEMENTS of sulphur & calcium were found on a used gauze pad with a brown stain on it. Yes its true both sulphur & calcium are indeed ingredients of Plaster in much larger quantities BUT they are also ingredients of HUMAN SWEAT!! not to mention hand crème . The CSAC chose not to mention that fact to try to hide the fact they'd jumped the gun & banned an innocent man.
Then they conveniently MISLAID!! the pad so no one else got to inspect it. Antonio Margarito was RAILROADED!!! Both the CSAC & NSAC are obviously corrupt The CSAC railroaded an innccent man The NSAC obviously let a PED"S abuser cheat & tried to cover for him. As Ive said many times BOXING IS CORRUPT!!!!

Why didn't Margarito appeal the decision of the CSAC to the California Superior Court? They have reversed the CSAC before.

The end of that video with Tony, Michelle & the Garcia gym boys joking with that cement block show how ludicrous they all thought the plaster allegations were. PeeWee drenlou hasn't the intelligence to see that though lol:patsch

The CSAC MISLAID!! the pads . To make sure he couldn't appeal. No one else but the CSAC & the testing lab were allowed to see the pads. The fact practically the whole dressing room handled them BEFORE the CSAC confiscated them too raises doubts

He didn't need the pads to appeal and the CSAC would have had to produce them during the appeal proceedings. Try again!
