I don't even think the people of Atlanta would rate Holyfield above Ali.

Legend has it that when Holyfield celebrated his 3rd championship, he was with an escort at the Hilton hotel. She accidentally blurted out Ali's name (she had relations with the champ previously) and this enraged Holyfield who went on a rant about how he was better than the Louisville Lip. This motivated him to seek a 4th championship title.

Fast forward to 2024, and Holyfield has just finished watching Usyk make history defeating Fury to become undisputed at both Cruiserweight and Heavyweight. Holyfield then decides to enjoy a nice Saudi Arabian meal of lamb, rice, and mango juice at his hotel. Holyfield gets tipsy and celebrates with yet another attractive escort. The escort blurts out "Oh, Usyk Habibi...!" which causes Holyfield to head butt her before leaving the hotel in a fit of rage.

Lennox GOAT! 2 flash losses, both avenged. Beat everybody, the rest ducked him.

Both him and Holmes seem a bit off their rocker recently. I remember recently reading something about Larry saying that Foreman sucked as a fighter.

Given how he struggled with Grandpa Foreman I shudder to think how he would have done with the Zaire version.

Tbf he didn't give Vitali or Mercer a rematch and the Mercer fight was really close.

Giving every close fight a rematch isn't how boxing works, at all. In fact that's a big problem right now, and it's why you have so many top contenders waiting for a shot at the same time, Parker, Dubois, Zhang, Hrgovic was waiting a long time. A close win, is also a win!

I meant in the sense he wasn't always being avoided. Of course your right a rematch isn't always meant to be.

I have heard Holy say that the broughr what Ali did to another level, but this quotes have no source just a cheap clickbait boxing page called seconds out, wich in the original article doesnt state where did Evan say this.

LOL, no. In that case Marciano would be far greater cause he never lost, let alone one punch KOed twice by huge underdogs. Neither Lewis nor Holyfield are close to Ali or Louis in terms of HW greatness

Maybe someone here doesn't know this but Holy isn't the sharpest stick in the Woodpile. The lights are on but no one's home. His elevator doesn't go all the way to the top of that head.

    Etc.

I have Holy after only Ali, Louis, and Holmes. He was an incredible Warrior with a heart of steel.

Only boxer who denied me an autograph..

Not even De La Hoya, Chavez Sr. or Whitaker-the three others who were pretty arrogant to me-denied me the autograph!

GREAT post--only point where I might disagree with you is ranking Holyfield in the top-10. IMHO I don't think he's at that level. (Definitely top 15--top 10 is a stretch.)
