Obviously Holyfield had a good chin, but he was a little vulnerable to the body, at least from say, 1991-on. He took them well against Qawi as a CW and later took some good ones from Dokes, but I've seen him hurt numerous times to the body later on.

Foreman doubled him over momentarily in round 5 with a left hook to the body. Bowe consistently went to the body, and repeatedly hurt Holyfield to the body. Moorer hurt him with a short right to the body late in round 4 of the 1st fight. Lewis hurt with to the body with left hooks, mainly in round 5 of the first fight (the infamous round which Eugenia Williams gave to Evander). The best success Tyson had versus Holyfield, round 5 of the first fight, came when he did his famous right hook to the body, right uppercut to the head.

Then there was the Toney fight, but by then, Holyfield was pretty much shot rather than merely past his prime.

 

i agree with erratic behavior and i cant argue that he didnt have weaknesses to the body but when someone puts a post up about having a china chin please know what you are talking about. and to all you internet tough guys grow up
