Holyfield: I Can Beat Both Klitschko Brothers Right Now

I think a Prime Evander would be too much for them, but this also depends on which version of Holyfield you considered prime, IMO Holyfield was at his very best when he was fighting, Dokes, Rodrigues and Douglas....
That Evander makes quick work of Wlad, and breaks down Vitali and stops him late if Vitalis shoulder doesnt force him to quit.

 

A prime Bowe would have raped either Klit girl, so Evander's claims aren't too far fetched.

Wlad would KO Holyfield. Vitali has not the one-punch-power of his brother.

A fight against Vitali would be more save for Holyfield.
I would lost my respect if Wlad would fight Holyfield.

Evander historically struggled with big men, Bowe, Lewis and even a guy like double M gave him fits. Hell, he even struggled a few moments against Alex Stewart and old, over the hill fighters in Larry Holmes and George Foreman.

But he whips both Klitschkos into retirement? :rofl

Evander is an ATG heavyweight, don't get me wrong.. but let's not get the nostalgia cloud your judgement, Evander struggled with tall guys.

 

Evander Holyfield will dance around Vitali like he did against Valuev, Vitali is old and slow, Holyfield looks younger than Vitali.

 

Evander Holyfield has two major issues here - 1 He knows he has the better fighter instinct and that plays a big part in winning fights, 2 He simply can't acknowledge that the two recent losses to Ibragimov ( 9 rounds to 3 or 10 rounds to 2) and the fight against Valuev put him on the lowest point of his career as an athlete. However, he expects one of the two Klitschkos to step down and to open doors for a reasonable payday, most likely Vitali K. Either way, he ends his career battered.

 

Why doesn't Evander challenge Haye instead? Haye already beat up John Ruiz, why not Evander too? Haye would be happy to take this fight and his fans would exclaim how he's one of the best HW ever.

 

Holyfield would have a better shot against Wlad.

Vitali moves too much for Holyfield at this point in his career.

 

Holyfield.. One of my all time faves I wish he would walk away. Knowing Evander he really does believe that he could beat either of them and that is why he won't walk away, its sad. I wish if he wanted to keep fighting he just fight like butterbean or someone he could destroy lol, I really would not enjoy seeing the brothers pound him because at this point that is what would happen.

 

Evander has brain damage.This should be stopped now.The only fight I would really pay to see is the grudge match between him and Tyson.Only because of the history.But Evander keeps saying dumb things.He is turning into Grandpa Simpson right before us.

 

vitali vs holyfield, set it up...id pay for it...i wish people would save the 'i wish evander would retire for his health', hes already an old man its much too late to stop him now...

 

They won't fight him anyway and they're not trash aliens like Valuev to make that fight(only to need a robbery ).

Holyfield should seriously consider fighting tomato cans for decent money or retire, everyone knows he doesn't have a chance to win more than two rounds against any of the champions available now.
