I hope they don't make either fight. I really don't want to see Holyfield draped across the ropes like Chambers was from the left hook, because Holyfield might not wake up from it.

Stranger things have happened but I hope for Holyfield's sake that it doesn't.

Absolutely killed. I was hoping that Evander's diminished brain function (slurred, slow speech, etc...) wasn't as bad off as others make it out to be. I used to love watching Evander fight. But with a statement like that, I'm afraid he's probably pretty far gone. Seriously. I know fighters should believe in themselves, but there's just no way, it's not happening.

Why do people think that Holyfield has a better chance with Wlad than Vitali?

Vitali is nowhere near the same fighter that gave Lewis fits 7 years ago, whereas Wlad is at his absolute best.

    Vitali UD Holyfield

    Wlad RTD7 Holyfield

Former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world Evander Holyfield believes that right now he can beat Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko. The former champion spoke with Bleak Sport about why he continues to fight in his late 40s. He discussed the problems facing the Klitschko brothers to get more popular with the American boxing fans.
"Their trouble is that they are not Americans. And in the U.S., they only love they own. Boxers from others countries need a lot of years to win the love of America". "There are of course exceptions to the rules,But in this case the men should be very agressive in the ring. the brothers used more cautious tactics in the ring," Holyfield said......................THAT GANJA THAT EVANDER IS SMOKING:hatMUST BE GOOD, STAY RETIRE!

Holyfield is a true living legend and you won't find another fighter as good as Holyfield is for his age. Even a well, very well past his prime Holy was able to outbox Valuev to the punch, but really, who is Valuev? I got love for Holyfield, I loved watching him fight, he was and still is inspirational too many, but like someone else said, if $$$ is what he's short of because heart and balls he doesn't lack, then he should be fighting tomato cans or be a trainer or something where he's still involved in boxing, but he's already slurring his words and no amount of money, even if it is to pay his child support, is worth him getting brain damaged for the rest of his life.

You never know, if a fight would get made maybe the Klits out of respect might carry him to a decision or a mercy stoppage where they just pummel him instead of landing some serious bombs, but in this sport you never know and they're not really inclined or forced to carry anyone. It's not worth the risk and it would lower the boxing's rep even lower. In his prime Holy beats either one, not easily, but neither Klit is as good as a prime Bowe or Lewis were. It's a no win situation.

Either brother will handle his ass, but Wladimir will stop him a few rounds earlier than Vitali.

Holy should save himself for Tyson III, he'd get more money than he would for a fight with either Klit & would be the betting favourite. :deal
