Why didn't the Klitschkos fight Holy back in 00-04? Vitali should have fought Holy during his lineal title reign.

That said they could have offered Holy the fight after the Holy-SNV robbery. They would have caught some **** for it, but the fans would have forgiven them, and it would have been a big event in Switzerland or wherever.

Now its way too late Holy hasn't had a decent win in awhile.
