Evander with some bounce still.. Intent on staying on the outside and boxing. Holy lands some nice jabs, walks into a left from Savarese, then an upper by Lou back up Holy.

Holy lands a triple jab, then a right by Lou, Evander with a left-right. The fighters getting closer, and Lou lands some good shots, they exchange, Lou gets the better of it. Another right by Lou, He's winning this round. Crowd booing a bit, but it's a decent fight.. not sure why they boo. Nice exchange at the end, Holy get's the best of it.. but Savarese took the round, but it was real close.

Both fighters jabbing again to start the round. Holyfield throws a pretty good combination, hits him with a right hand. Holyfield landing the more significant blows. Couple straight punches hit for Evander.

Savarese needs to use his height more and throw more punches. Nice uppercut and right hand by Savarese with a minute left.

10-9 Holyfield again a close round.

It's always nice to see guys with undefeated records stepping up to put their "0" on the line. It shows that they have confidence in themselves, even if it is a bit misguided as is probably the case with Dyer :yep

Thanks for the R by R, fellas. There was no way I was buying this, but like most boxing fans I am interested in the outcome.

If Holy wins this, there will still be questions about him. We won't know if he is still dangerous or if Lou Savar-easy is just that far gone.

    Rd 8.

Evander swinging wildly. Action picks up. Holy jab jab jab right. Still looking strong at this point of the fight.. he's not fading yet. Lou still looks decent as well.. no sign of either guy being tired yet.

Holy lands a good body shot, Lou with a right, but Holy counters to the body. Boxing on the outside, better round for Holy, but still close.. neither guy dominating.

It looks like Holy is struggling with old, shot, not even a top 100 HW Louie. Guess what will happen when he faces a true world class heavy.

Savarese not giving up much ground to Holyfield and gets caught when he is on the outside. Lou needs to keep hios distance more and use his height. He gets the best of Evander when he throws his uppercuts and straight rights.

Evander doing more of the same. Stays on the outside then comes in with left hooks and right hands. It's getting less effective though.

More of the same. Gotta give it 10-9 for Holyfield.

They could have billed this fight " The Geritol Brawl ".
