Holyfield sparring a youn Tua 1996

This footage is pretty biased towards Tua. For the most part Tua got his butt kicked by Holyfield after Holy struggled for the first few weeks against Gary Bell who opened camp wit Holyfield. Once Holyfield adjusted to all the swarmers, his sparring was very impressive in preparation for Tyson.

 

I remember watching this. I thought tua had won this round. he was landing more and landing the more heavier blows. tua probably wasn't unleashing on evander because it was sparring. I imagine it was good training considering how badly Holyfield ripped apart Tyson :hi:

 

Really tough to judge as neither fighter was going full throttle.
