Lennox was a great fighter but he could be had with one punch and that's just the way it is, I cant imagine Tyson or Holyfield going out with one punch like that, not that it matters as every fighter has their strengths and weaknesses. Just shows Lewis was vulnerable if his eye was off the ball, in prime for prime match ups I make that a factor personally.

On a side note Lennox is pretty annoying and I was a pretty big fan in the day, I guess he always was pompous like that. You will never hear him give one of his opponents much credit. He basically slagged Bruno off recently, or at least belittled him by saying he thought that fight would be easy as Frank looked terrible in his fights, not very kind I thought. All he could muster when asked if it was a harder fight than he thought was something like "he wasn't as terrible as I thought". He also likes to make out he beat a live Tyson, which is pretty weak, you cant gain any insight into that fight, other than the fact it took Lewis eight rounds to dispose of a relic, which is a great gauge to show how prime for prime would have went...

    No.

Lewis much more fragile, susceptible to one punch ko than either of them.

You my friend are an idiot of unexplanable proportions. No point arguing with you but everyone knows that was the 167th punch to the face Tyson ate in the fight and it was more the fact he was just completely out of gas that did him.

Funny as your chinny girl failed to knock Holyfield out in his bouts with him even when he was past his best.

Are you blind as well as stupid? The clip starts with Tyson throwing and landing an uppercut on the inside. The ref breaks them, Lewis paws with the jab as a range finder then BANG. One right hand, and it is all over.

What you THINK, or WISHED had happened is much like most of your opinions. Worthless.

Since when was it compulsory to knock someone out? Lewis was happy to show he could beat Holyfield despite the best efforts of a crooked Murican judge.:lol::lol::yep

Why would anyone brag about a fighter getting hit 167 times, when the whole point of boxing is to hit and not get hit. Back to watching UFC.

Lenni definately could not afford to be hit but Tyson and holyfield could easily. That is the point

You're so stupid you don't even know you're stupid. What you are claiming here is Lewis was so good he only got hit hard twice in 44 fights.

I'm a huge fan, but even I'm not so blind that I didn't notice him get hit plenty of times. You should join his OFFICIAL fan club. :rofl:rofl

Thank you. Booze is a lovely thing as long as you control it, as opposed to it controlling you. I envy the sensible people who can have a few then go home. Unfortunately some of us just keep shovelling it down our necks like it is going out of fashion. Hence, none at all.

Well i never said he was never an all time great. Definately in the top 10. But i also think he smartly managed his career and fought the right opponents at the right especially his main competitors Holyfield and Tyson when he knew full well they were done and dusted in boxing terms.

He never got hit enough, certainly not cleanly by a full blooded punch. Half a punch perhaps or a punch with no leverage but the few times he did get hit flush by full blooded punches we all know what happened. And the likes of Holyfield and Tyson took full blooded punches to the face very easily in their careers and still remained standing.
