    Higher workrate

    Better chin

    Better fitness

    Not even close

    If Mormeck had Haye in all sorts of trouble (and I respect Haye's performance in that fight) - then Holyfield would would destroy him

    Holyfield would destroy him in 3 rounds if he comes out guns blazing. If he looks to box Haye then he wins a unanimous decision.

    Pretty one-sided. Holyfield has every single advantage except mobility and power but Haye wouldn't be able to outbox nor KO Holyfield. Holyfield UD.

    Talking about 2 former NO 1 World Crusierweight Champions fighting each other. :huh

    Regardless of the vast majority of people opting for Holyfield win - it would still be a very good fight to witness.
