The prime motivated version of Cooney who fought Holmes would do well but I believe Holyfield would prevail. I think it would be a very good fight.

Agree. Cooney’s height, reach, power and skills would make it a fight but Holyfield’s heart, conditioning and style would see him to victory later

 

That's probably how it would go, Evander would be in serious danger in exchanges early

 

I can see Evander having to take some big punches before he’s able to wear down and hurt Cooney

 

This. Holy was just too good to not use his darting, relentless style to great advantage against Cooney. Cooney MIGHT make it 9, but I doubt it.

 

Cooney would give Holyfield trouble at first but then he would gas and then Holyfield would take over and stop in him the 10th.
