This was a great fight, I was amazed when it actually aired as Foreman was seen as a bit of a joke by this point, I couldn't believe he put up a fight like that so far past his physical prime, he showed he had adjusted his style to still be relevant. Holyfield proved he was the real champ and to get him out of there was no easy task, full Forman power punches couldn't do it. These two were a great match up, I wonder how it would have looked with the younger Forman? I'm guessing it would have been a ridiculous war with a few knock downs.
The question is would Evander survive the shots from a young Foreman and another one is if he did would Foreman be standing at the fights end?????
Some of the commentary for that round was simply hilarious... One of the best rounds in boxing history... this will go down in the annals of boxing... WTF... That round was very overrated imo. It was simply okay.
