Holy, Holy, Holy (like they said during the first Tyson fight) Holyfield could be a machine on offense. I rate Frazier very high, but Holyfield would be landing from every conceivable angle. Every single punch in the book.
Holyfield for me. Frazier has the better singular win but outside of that his resume doesn't have the depth that Holyfield's does. Holyfield has more losses but also fought more good and even great fighters while giving up huge size advantages and almost all of his losses were competitive fights until he got old.
Evander Holyfield resume Mike Tyson x2 Riddick Bowe George Foreman Larry Holmes Michael Moorer Dwight Muhammad Qawi x2 Carlos De Leon Pinklon Thomas Michael Dokes Buster Douglas Ray Mercer John Ruiz Hasim Rahman Alex Stewart x2 Ossie Ocasio James Tillis Bert Cooper Henry Tillman 16 world title wins combined at Cruiserweight and Heavyweight. Joe Frazier resume Muhammad Ali Jerry Quarry x2 Jimmy Ellis x2 Bob Foster Joe Bugner Oscar Bonavena x2 George Chuvalo Buster Mathis Sr Doug Jones Eddie Machen Ron Stander 10 world title wins ? wasn't Frazier considered the Heavyweight champion in 1968 ? Overall if you're including Holyfield's Cruiserweight resume it's no contest Holyfield has far too much of a vast resume and achievements over the 2 weight classes. If you're on about strictly at Heavyweight ? it's alot more debatable and i guess it's down to your criteria. Frazier has by far the best single at Heavyweight over Ali. But Frazier lacks other A+ wins and Holyfield has the likes of Bowe, Moorer, Tyson x2. Both have 10 world title wins at Heavyweight and Frazier has a bit of a cleaner record. But context needs to be applied that 7 out of the 12 losses Holyfield had were after the age of 37. And Frazier virtually retired after the age of 32. Overall IMO it comes down to how much the Ali win makes a difference to you because that's only real criteria i think Frazier has over Holyfield in all honestly. Because for me Holyfield has a considerably better resume at Heavyweight overall. But the Ali win is considered the best single win of all time at Heavyweight so as i said it depends on your criteria.
