Holyfield has a belt already, sure he could win another, but since Hopkins doesn't have any heavyweight title it would be worth it for him to beat Holyfield just so he could take the title. He's not big enough or young enough to beat anyone else and I think Toney would beat him at heavyweight and Tarver doesn't have a title at heavyweight.
There is NO point in Hopkins moving up to heavyweight if it's just for the WBF belt. The asterisk would have to be in a font size several times bigger than the accomplishment.
After the way dawson fought against Pascal and Diaconou I doubt very much he beats Hopkins. Hed take a rematch with Glen whether he wins or loses against bute and then fight Bute or the super six winner . . . however i dont see him moving up to cruiserweight as there are better fights for him at 175 with the 168 fighters moving up
bHop could add to his many belts if he happened to fight Holyfield, but this is all a bunch of relative speaking...Holyfield has NO chance at a belt unless it's one of these new "super champion" belts the povetkin/whitewolf fight winner. Even then he's shot to ****
Holyfield already has the WBF belt. It's not the WBA or WBC, or even the IBF, but it's a belt. Tony has the IBF belt, so Hopkin's could have fought Tony for that too. If Hopkins has to beat Wlad or Vitali it's asking too much of him.
