This fight is only being made so Holyfield and Tyson can cash out. The ratings won't change and we sure as hell won't have a contender in the making with the outcome. I can understand why some are upset, but the fight looks like its going to happen so whats the point in being upset? I am just glad the fight will happen now and not years down the road when they are both even more pathetic. Most people I'm sure are aware Tyson will only show up for 4 rounds or less but if there is anyone that could actually make him want to break a sweat for those 4 rounds it'd be Holyfield.

It tells you how sad the heavyweight division is when two old guys will probably draw more viewers in one fight than the rest of the heavyweights will draw all year.

More interesting than the other crap fights out there!

ya you'd rather watch bull**** like Wlad vs. Ibragimov. I'll take tyson holyfield over any of the current HW matchups today, and I guarantee you everyone would watch it -- whats that say about the current HW division?

So you are telling me you are comfortable with an Ali/ForemanII in 1988?

Actually you are being sucked in, Tyson/HolyfieldIII is not going to happen; but Evander is going to add another couple of Million to his fortune, because all the publicity/spin will help sell his book....

Im sure Holyfield needs the money too, maybe not as much as Tyson, paying for 10 or 11 children must not be easy. I think this fight is great, it will have people talking on the streets again about the heavyweight division, it will be like old times again. The last time the Heavyweight division had a big fight, was when Tyson fought Lewis in 02, everybody I know watched that fight. I bet if Tyson wins by knockout somehow, a title shot will be right around the corner for him, every title holder will be calling his people trying to get a match, I know Vitali was slated to fight Tyson back in 04, but Tyson lost to Williams.

  10. Holy dosen't need money he's too rich, **** he probaly makes Millions just off his investments, besides his kids are grown, he's probaly got little child support, he just fight's for pride,. Sultan whipped him 6 months ago and Holy dosen't want to go out a loser..
Holy will KO Mike in 5 rounds He has more stamina, willpower, chin, physical strength, and just a way better all around fighter, the only question here is will Tyson foul his way out again when he realizes he can't win and is over-matched..

66- It's possible, but you we might get a good fight, you cant do no worse than the Iggy/Wlad fight. If Tyson does happen to pull out the victory some way, I see the Heavyweight division becoming interesting again, and Yes, Tyson will get a title shot if he wins. The Heavyweights now adays are getting very little for there fights, because none of them are on PPV and most American fans could care less, Tyson is number 3 on the most sold PPV's, Holyfields just passed with the Iggy fight, making him number 2, only Oscar has had more buys than the both of them.
