Nice to see that there is a deep respect between Holyfield and Bowe just as there was in the ring. However, it will be difficult to see them fight together again. Holyfield still looks fit instead Bowe is definitely overweight but I don't think they both have brain damage as some suggest. Then...everyone knows that life often hits harder than punches and Bowe and Holy have been through a lot. The fact remains that Bowe vs Holyfield was a trilogy second only to Ali vs Frazier and that Bowe is a bit underrated and he is not given due respect imo.

    Jesus Christ.

I will not pay to see two old men with brain damage fighting each other.

It is all ridiculous. I wouldn't have wanted to see this in 2005, the same year Mike lost to McBride. Holyfield lost 3 in a row in the early 2000s. Toney? The real boxers young fighters of today have to fight now and make the sport better. I am not sure why all of these 50 year olds want to fight now but maybe it has to do with this quarantine and nothing is going on in boxing for real, so the old guys talk took over. The old guys had their time. Why not have the fab 4 come back and fight. All of them are in their 60s now. Hearns almost 62, Leonard 64, Hagler 66 and Duran is 68. If those 50 year olds are doing it, why not the fab 4.. I am joking of course.

I don't even see the point of exhibitions. They can still get hit hard in exhibitions, and at their age it wouldn't be great. Evander doesn't talk too well. Let see Fury fight Joshua and then the winner fight Wilder.. Ruiz might fight that winner. These are the fighters now.

    Exactly

Its one thing for Tyson to have 4 round exhibition fights, but at least I can understand what Tyson is saying. Tyson hasn't shown any signs of brain damage.

Bowe, Toney, and Holyfield all have clear brain damage. None of them should even have a license to box exhibitions either. Its dangerous and stupid.

It is amazing how many of life's greatest problems are solved by simple perspective.

As for Bowe and Holyfield, I feel damn sorry for Bowe because in his heart he knows that he is brain damaged and does no want to fight. I feel sorry for Holyfield because he is brain damaged and would fight in a second if he could.

I agree. Once one guy hears the other guys are coming out they want to fight like Toney. That is why I think if one of the fab 4 fought again, the other 3 might announce comebacks, and they are in their 60s. It isn't too interesting. If Tyson beats Evander now what would it mean? Not much.

This explains why you refused to come to my church picnic. I thought it was probably virus panic but whatever. I'll keep asking. One day, you'll come around.

You THINK Bowe has no brain damage? Have you seen him? You looks like he's 80 years old. He's only 52.

The sport and drugs have ruined him. Dementia Pugilistica is a real thing unfortunately. It hurts me to see a man in his best years like this.

Maybe Bowe thinks he can get some sense knocked into him? Longshot but worth a try?

White Buffalo Botha (same age as Bowe) still sounds lucid despite multiple KO losses and more fights. My takeaway is Golota must be a very bad man.
