What's up everyone. I am new to the forum. I wanted to get some ideas/opinions for at home training. I have a heavy bag, jump rope, dumbells, curl bar, weight bench, resistance bands, and bathroom. What is some suggested routines or excersizes to get some good home training in. Thanks All.

You have a vast selection of tools! I would split up my training to different sessions: a boxing session, strength session and a conditioning session.

Boxing-wise combining skipping rope, shadow boxing and heavy bag you already get a nice workout. For example 3x3mins each plus warmup and cool down. You can also add a 15-45min continuous rope skipping for some cardio.

For conditioning, you could do intervals on the bag, rope and shadow box intervals with dumbells in your hands. You could do 3x3mins of tabata intervals on the bag or shadow box tabata /w dumbbells after your boxing workout. Alternatively you can combine 3x3mins of rope, bag and shadow box tabata intervals for a full session. And again you can add a longer period of rope skipping for more cardio.

Strength training is quite simple. Check out Rippetoe's Starting Strength program or Mehdi's Stronglifts. Both are based around the most simple and effective compound lifts such as squat, deadlift and bench.
