    I met the man and he's 6 foot 1 at best. I literally towered over him. Chris Byrd came and joined the party later on and he's got to be 6 foot 11 at least. VITLAY left soon after.

    I just started, so if this is a slight that I'm fat or something, I know. I've actually lost a little weight already and got some compliments, so yay me, lol.

    I meet my trainer tuesdays and thursdays, we do bag work, mitts, shadow boxing, sit ups, leg lifts, jump rope, etc. On a couple other days a work I hit the bags in my garage and do some cardio in the complex gym. I have a training log started in the training section.
