I find eating fruit to be tedious, i prefer to drink my fruit.

Usual one would be.... 1tsbp of udo, 1 banana, handful of blueberries, scoop of protein powder and milk.

Using it for weight loss/pwo snack (takes me 45 minutes to get back from training usually).

Only have about 1-2 a day. Sometimes for breakfast and the other for pwo.

Reckon that they are a good idea or not?

    Stop being a sissy

Use a cheese grater and sand down a couple of carrots a cucumber and fire in a can of spinach

Smoothies are good if you put the right things in them.

    RDJ is big on them.

    Ha!

Can't stand spinach or cucumber BUT the benefits of them are worth it.

    This.

Keep an eye on the sugar content.
Try to put some vegies in there.
No smoothie is complete without eggs.

Nothing wrong with a smoothie, though I prefer to eat my food normally so I feel like I actually ate. God I get hungry lol...

Yes do it. Mix together a variety of fruit, flax, and a protein source such as yogurt.
