I find eating fruit to be tedious, i prefer to drink my fruit. Usual one would be.... 1tsbp of udo, 1 banana, handful of blueberries, scoop of protein powder and milk. Using it for weight loss/pwo snack (takes me 45 minutes to get back from training usually). Only have about 1-2 a day. Sometimes for breakfast and the other for pwo. Reckon that they are a good idea or not?

This. Keep an eye on the sugar content. Try to put some vegies in there. No smoothie is complete without eggs.
